As the late summer sun streams through my studio window, I am feeling a lot of uncertainty beneath the shine. To belong fully to my life, I know this is exactly where I need to be. It is the life I have undoubtedly chosen (or has chosen me, more accurately), though it never makes things much easier. Ease, I have come to realize, is not something I try to aspire to. The real juiciness is in the tension along the edges and deep within the mystery of the complex and compelling. It’s where letting go into grace, gratitude and peace, become all the more fulfilling. There is no binary of easy or hard, there is just this life filled with all the myriad ways of being and feeling.
Liberatory love and belonging are worth fumbling our way towards.
What is absolutely certain, is that it is time for all of us to get a little lost, to become curious wild wanderers, nomads in new heartlands, and diverge onto paths less traveled by to meet those unfamiliar and find new companions and comrades.
If your communities look mostly the same as they did three years ago, there is still time to disrupt old patterns, integrate and create necessary change.
The maps we have been given will not show us the way to where we want to go.
We are being called to blaze off-grid trails, share our stories with new ears and audiences, imagine and cocreate essential art wit h different muses, and to find our way back to ourselves and one another by setting ourselves wondrously adrift in unpredictable seas. This will require the inner fortitude and resources we have been building during all the years of centering our own “personal development”. Now, the time for self awareness only for personal gain is over.
Interpersonal development, care and healing is our next initiation.
With early morning coffee in hand, I have been visioning a Field Guide for Collective Belonging to inspire and invite exploration of new relational territories. Using our felt-senses, through our earthly and celestial bodies, we can find infinite microcosmic places to rediscover our inherent interconnection.
This is the kind of cartography I was meant for, deep in the untamed shadow soil and generative, luscious eum (yin, in Korean) of it all.
Let’s get wonderfully lost, together.

Witchcraftivism: 13 Moons
“All that you touch You Change.
All that you Change Changes you.
The only lasting truth is Change.”
~ Octavia E. Butler
Wild Creative Change
A yearlong coven for practicing wild embodied living, creative expression, radicle ritual, and collective belonging.
At the intersection of creativity, ecology, spirit, magic, and belonging as an interconnected, embodied force for good... is what I call, witchcraftivism.
witch... as an enduring and radical political identity, held by cross-cultural practices rooted in nature, healing, mysticism, animism, somatic and community care practices from diasporic lineages across many ancestral lands.
craftivism... is everything we create, physically, energetically, relationally, medicinally, and culturally that conjures greater connection to the earth and one another, while disrupting divisive systems and building new worlds.
It is time to deepen into the lessons of the last three years and shed more layers of conditioning that confine us and keep us separate. . . to use our creative force to be more wildly expressed and collectively free! Our liberation - creative, personal and collective - like all else, is inextricably intertwined.
Our monthly practices will be wrapped in wild yin energy... together we will explore the deep, dark, generative, mysterious, receptive, intertwined and expressive forces that are always creating and recreating everything around us... and how the only lasting truth is change*.

Alchemy Collage Facilitator Training
October 21-22
After years of running in-person and online Alchemy Collage circles and workshops, the time has come to move this work beyond me. Over the past decade, I have seen and experienced the power of this process to connect people with their inner most strengths and resources through intuitive, creative, felt exploration. With the added framework of a culturally competent, somatic approach, Alchemy Collage is a beautiful tool for exploring inner and interconnected worlds as a generative practice to build and explore new ones together!
This training is a direct result of years of my own interpersonal work, learning from many amazing mentors and collaborators, ongoing healing inside my own complex story, and connecting with hundreds of people over the last decade who have joined me in this heart-expansive creative process.
The time has come for new rad facilitators to take the lead.
Are you one of them?
An intimate BETA group training will be held the weekend of October 21st as a first step to build this medicine and welcome in my first few facilitators! BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ folks especially encouraged to join.
